Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 May 2026  ·  Scicon  ·  Governed by Scots law

Please read these terms carefully before using PushItPro. By using the service you agree to be bound by them.

1. Who we are

PushItPro is operated by Scicon ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Scotland. References to "you" or "your" mean any individual or organisation accessing or using PushItPro.

2. The service

PushItPro provides a platform for sharing sensitive information (such as passwords, API keys, and credentials) securely via time-limited, self-destructing encrypted links. The service is provided as-is and is subject to change at any time.

Key characteristics of the service:

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PushItPro to share content that:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any user who violates these terms.

4. Accounts

To access certain features you may register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months.

5. Subscription and payment

Paid tiers (Business and Enterprise) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect immediately — access to paid features is removed at the point of cancellation. No refunds are provided for any unused portion of the current billing period. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing period.

Scicon reserves the right to issue a refund at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Any such refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Zero-knowledge architecture

PushItPro uses a zero-knowledge encryption model. This means:

While we take all reasonable steps to maintain the security of our infrastructure, you are solely responsible for the security of the share link you distribute. Once a link is shared, we cannot control who accesses it.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Scots law, Scicon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of PushItPro, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Scicon in the three months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in PushItPro, including but not limited to the software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by or licensed to Scicon. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

10. Changes to the service and these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email or by prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or their subject matter or formation.
